Getting Started!#

X-Pay Merchant Portal is the portal for merchants to access the X-Pay payment gateway. This API documentation will show the features that are available for the merchant to interact with X-Pay.

What is X-Pay Merchant Portal?#

The X-Pay payment gateway merchant portal serves as a central hub for merchants to receive payments from customers, view successful, failed, pending, on-hold, generate reports on transaction volumes and revenue, and raise issues by opening a ticket via the customer support after having gone through either individual or company merchant registration successfully, that includes uploaded KYC documents' approval for payment profile registration.

Why X-Pay?#

X-Pay makes it easy for businesses to conduct online transactions because it is very simple to integrate to a merchant's system. X-Pay makes the payment process more user friendly thus making it easier for businesses to increase customer traffic. It achieves this by supporting multiple payment channels, including Point of Sale systems and mobile wallets. X-Pay has a credit facility as a payment option expanding the merchant's options to receive payment.
